How the estimate is built
- Pallet footprint is calculated from the length and width you enter, in square feet.
- Floor positions are peak pallet count divided by stack or rack levels.
- Aisle allowance scales with SKU count, because more SKUs means shallower lanes.
- Staging is sized from monthly container throughput and your staging window.
- Dock door estimate is based on weekly container volume for de-vanning and loading.
- Operating space covers equipment, charging, office, QA and wall clearance.
